# Borrower Ledger Marks

GET https://api.filesearch.dev/v2/datasets/odyssey/credit-analysis/ledger/borrowers/{credit_id}/marks

Cross-lender fair-value marks for one borrower (optionally at a period).

One DynamoDB Query on the borrower's partition. Each mark carries its SEC
citation. `mark_pct` is fair value as a percent of principal.

- `credit_id` (string, required) — Borrower credit id (cred_...)

### Query parameters

- `as_of` (string, optional, nullable) — Period end YYYY-MM-DD; omit for all periods

## Types

### BorrowerMark

One lender's fair-value mark on one facility of the borrower in one period.

- `lender` (string, required) — BDC lender name
- `lender_cik` (integer, required) — SEC CIK of the lender
- `period` (string, required) — Filing period end (YYYY-MM-DD)
- `facility_class` (string, required) — first_lien, second_lien, sub_debt, revolver, equity, debt_other, ...
- `citation` (LedgerCitation, required) — SEC provenance for a single mark — the moat is the citation, not the data.
- `facility` (string, optional, nullable) — Raw facility description from the filing
- `mark_pct` (double, optional, nullable) — Fair value as % of principal (0-100)
- `principal_usd` (double, optional, nullable) — Principal / par amount (USD)
- `fair_value_usd` (double, optional, nullable) — Reported fair value (USD)

### CoverageMeta

Dataset provenance / freshness, echoed on every response.

- `source` (string, optional, default: SEC BDC filings (public domain))
